Lisgaras and Stephens Participate at the 2025 AES Annual Meeting

The American Epilepsy Society’s (AES) 2025 Annual Meeting held in Atlanta typically attracts more than 5,000 attendees dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with epilepsy. This year, Dr. Christos Lisgaras co-chaired the “Epilepsy and Aging: Multimodal Biomarkers of Epilepsy in Older Adults” session, and he presented at the EEG Biomarker Challenge, an Investigators Workshop. Also in attendance at the AES meeting was Dr. Gabriel Stephens who presented his poster, co-authored with the CDR’s Dr. Helen Scharfman and David Alcantara Gonzalez, University of Iowa, titled, “Insights from PIP-seq into early hyperexcitability in an Alzheimer’s disease mouse model.”
