Bigio Selected as 2025 Young Investigator Grantee
Dr. Benedetta (Betty) Bigio from the Nasca Lab has received a Young Investigator Award from the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation. The grant will fund a translational study that promises to lay the groundwork for new personalized interventions using exosomes as delivery vehicles to treat debilitating depressive symptoms in people with Alzheimer’s disease.
