Ginsberg Collaboration Receives NIA Award
Dr. Stephen Ginsberg, in collaboration with Dr. Gabriela Chiosis at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, has received a five-year R01 grant from the National Institute on Aging. The grant, titled “Selective interactome vulnerability across the Alzheimer’s disease spectrum,” allows these researchers to continue the previously funded R56 grant by proposing to identify protein-protein interaction (PPI) network dysfunctions in brain cells and regions as a gateway to selective vulnerability mechanisms in AD.
